I will never stay in this property again unless it is renovated.

Nothing.

The entire property needs renovation. Bathroom is very tiny; has no decent shower, everything will get wet when you take a shower as the telephone shower, which also functions as a bidet, is just beside the toilet bowl; It gets very noisy even at night; The floors reeks of cigarette smell; Elevator is so dated. You cannot even see which floor you’re in unless the door opens and you peek outside.

Booked the room for others but unable to check-in.

Spacious room

I booked the rooms for my relatives and indicated that the rooms were booked for someone else (with the name of the persons occupying the rooms) in the booking confirmation. I did not need a room as I live in Singapore. Despite me physically heading down to make cash payment a few days prior to the booking date and informing them of the names of the people checking in, when my relatives arrived, the front desk insisted on my being physically present and, when I was unable to be there physically, they had to see a photo of front and back of my IC. Is it even legal to get my IC details if I am not checking in?

Fine hotel for short stay only.

Clean room with fridge. TV in room with access to apps such as YouTube. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. 7/11 below hotel for buying water and light snacks. Bus stop within short walking distance.

Staff abrupt throughout whole stay, they do not acknowledge guests. Room is extremely over priced for what you receive! Bathroom is wet room style, once in the shower the whole bathroom gets soaked including the toilet. AC unit in the room terrible, not powerful enough to cool the room (we asked reception staff for a fan but they couldn’t accommodate). Horrible smell in hotel lobby and lift.

Location is accessible to lots of places.

The room is quite old. Sheets are a bit dirty. Shower and toilet are in the same cubicle so the toilet is always wet after shower.

Location was good for us, 24 hour reception

Small bathroom, with shower head right next to the toilet, no shower gel or shampoo is provided, just tooth brushes. Everything looked kinda old

I obviously don’t recommend if you have children or if you are planning on spending some time at the hotel.

We’ve been here (couple) for 3 nights because it was very cheap. Of course it’s ok for a few days but not more.

Very noisy, let’s say the walls are very thin… the exterior isn’t very nice and it looks really « cheap » and old. But it’s what you get for the price I guess …

There is a bus at the door, the bus is convenient, clean. Fortunately, there is a small 7-11 downstairs, some light food is available.

No windows, no restaurant around the hotel, only can buy some light food from 7-11

Hotel was adequate for staying whilst on business. Would certainly not recommend it for holidaying

Room was adequate for my requirements. Location was convenient for me. No facility for breakfasts

I didnt like that there was no place to have a breakfast within the hotel. It was also not suitable to dine out as there was no local restaurants that catered for English, Italian or Indian cuisine.
